Wabi Woolens guarantees your satisfaction with the product or your money back for 30 days after date of purchase.  Wash it, wear it, ride in it.  If you love it, keep it.  If you don't love it, return it. 

Returns

Return shipping is at no charge for U.S. returns and exchanges, so customers have a no-risk trial period with their Wabi Woolens clothing. Customer must contact Wabi Woolens in advance for free return shipping label.  International return shipping will be negotiated in the customer's favor, typically by subsidizing shipping charges.

Clearance items - Return shipping charges for products on clearance are the responsibility of the customer.  Free returns applies to full price items and sale items only.  Any discount labeled clearance or items in the clearance section are not eligible for free returns.

Domestic Shipping Rate - United States:

$12 flat rate.  United States Postal Service Priority (2-3 day service) to Continental U.S.
Free returns and exchanges on full price and sale items.  See above for more info.

International Shipping Rates

$25.00 flat rate for first jersey, plus appropriate taxes.  International returns are the responsibility of the customer.
